Guest opinion: Alabama improves transparency in economic tax incentives; more is needed

The Transparency in Incentives Act (SB151), sponsored by Senator Garlan Gudger, amends the Alabama Jobs Act to require the Department of Commerce to post on their website the name of the company receiving incentives and other information.
