Groups sue Montana over wolf trapping in grizzly habitat

Traps set for wolves — and other species like coyote and marten — can unintentionally trap grizzlies instead. Under the Endangered Species Act, injuring or killing a grizzly bear, even unintentionally, is prohibited.
