1. User Acceptance and Consent to Group Sales Box Office Purchase Terms and Conditions.

By using or registering for the services offered by Group Sales Box Office, LLC (“GSBO”) on the Groups Broadway Site or purchasing services from GSBO via telephone or facsimile or email (collectively, the “Groups Broadway Service”), users and the entities or persons they represent (“User” or “Users”) agree to be legally bound and abide by the terms, conditions, and notices set forth or referenced herein (the “Purchase Terms and Conditions”). Your continued use of the Groups Broadway Site and the Groups Broadway Service following the posting of any changes to these Purchase Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Purchase Terms and Conditions do not apply to purchases through our parent or affiliated entities, Theatre Direct NY, Inc. (dba Broadway.com), John Gore Theatrical Group, Inc. (dba Broadway Across America), and Eagle Eye Entertainment Inc. (dba Broadway Across Canada).
