Groundwater representatives to speak at Chico State

The Groundwater Resources Association of California Northern Sacramento Valley Branch will host a panel discussion Wednesday with four local representatives and one policy advocate, who oversee groundwater sustainability plans in the north valley, at room 100B Colusa Hall at Chico State.
