Grimes revealed Tuesday that she 'caused myself to have a panic attack and went to the hospital' this Monday.
The incident occurred two days after the 33-year-old singer made her Saturday Night Live debut with a cameo on the episode hosted by her beau Elon Musk.
She went public with news of the panic attack on Instagram alongside pictures of herself backstage in costume with the episode's musical guest Miley Cyrus.
