Grieving husband reveals he drove past scene of wife's car crash death not knowing she had died

Bolaji Onifade (pictured top), 43, noticed police and ambulance workers tending to a pedestrian on the side of the road. It later emerged his wife Ibizugbe (pictured below), 38, had been killed.
