Grief fills courtroom as teen gets 10 years on manslaughter charge in killing of pre-med student

Zakwan J. Tyler — who was 16 at the time — shot 20-year-old Raegan Sharnae Chisley in the chest during a fight involving his cousin and his mother in the Buckroe area of Hampton. The families' grief was palpable during the sentencing hearing in Hampton Circuit Court.
