Gridserve to add 50 high-power EV charging hubs to motorway network

British firm announces plan to retrofit motorway services with high-power charging devices for electric cars
Gridserve acquired the charging network for motorways from Ecotricity following complains about reliability and outdated hardware
All existing devices will be replaced by September and 50 rapid-charging hubs will be added to 85% of sites
EV drivers can add 100 miles of range with 5 min charges at 30p per kWh with contactless payments
