Grey County will ask province to intervene in sale of Meaford track property

The Bluewater District School Board is set to put this 8.4-acre property at 87 Aiken Street in Meaford up for sale, but Grey County is petitioning the province to intervene as the Municipality of Meaford wants to buy the land to build affordable housing and current regulatory framework won't allow bids under fair market price.
