According to state investigators, Sgt. Brian Jordan and officers Makayla Wolfe and Ben Snyder encountered Pofahl near the first-floor of a parking ramp on the east side of the hotel complex. The officers fired their weapons and hit Pofahl, who died at the scene.
Jordan is a 21-year veteran of the Green Bay Police Department. Wolfe and Snyder have both worked there for about two years. The officers were placed on administrative leave during the investigation.
The DOJ continues to investigate the shooting of Pofahl and did not provide any additional details Friday.
