Michelle Richards, director of treasury sales of Fulton Bank, has been elected chairperson of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GRCCI) Board. Sara Kuzma-Stump, director of sales and marketing at Suburban Testing Labs, Inc. will serve as vice chairperson.
