Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham signed 'exploratory partnership' deal with Fujitsu last month despite Japanese tech giant's involvement in Post Office IT scandal

The trip saw Mr Burnham ride the country's bullet train and enjoy a Noel Gallagher gig in Osaka, according to photos on his Twitter account.
