Great Hospice Duck Race to have over $14,000 in prizes

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Over $14,000 in prizes will be given away this year during the 28th annual ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital’s Great Hospice Duck Race on June 5, 2021.
Up until last year, the event had been held at Waterworks Park. The 2020 race had to be cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event this year will be virtual.
The goal of the Great Hospice Duck Race is to increase awareness of hospice and raise money to support Coldwater Regional Hospital’s hospice program.
The first prize is $2,021 in cash donated by Dutcher Funeral Home of Coldwater and Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home of Bronson.
