Grand Forks man accused of firing gun at occupied car pleads guilty to multiple charges

Omar Martinez plead guilty to reckless endangerment and terrorizing charges following an incident in May of 2023 in which he shot a gun at an occupied car. His stepson was inside the car at the time.
