Following The Mirror’s publication on February 6, 2021, a story about a graduate, Mr. Antwi Boasiako who works as a car wash attendant in spite of his educational background, some job offers and scholarships to study abroad have started coming his way.
He has, however, not secured a permanent one yet.
Mr. Boasiako washes vehicles for a living at the Yaks and Sons car washing bay at North Legon in Accra.
In an interview with The Mirror, he described as untrue news on social media that he was now permanently employed in a profession commensurate with his university certificate.
Mr. Boasiako expressed gratitude to The Mirror for publishing his story, saying he is yet to meet some of the personalities who had made some offers.
