Govt, public advised to prepare for strong El Nino phenomenon next month

KUALA LUMPUR (May 4): Early preparations to face the strong El Nino, expected to occur next month, should be made immediately by involving the country's two main stakeholders, namely the government and the people, to minimize the impact of the phenomenon.
