Govt preparing for dry season and El Nino effect, says Nik Nazmi

PETALING JAYA: Preparations are being made for the country to face the dry season which is expected to worsen due to the El Nino phenomenon, says Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change Minister Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad.
