Governor urges Northern Nevadans to prepare for powerful incoming winter storm

Gov. Joe Lombardo issued a statement Wednesday urging Nevadans to prepare for incoming severe winter weather, as the National Weather Service in Reno warns of the potential for severe weather and issues a rare blizzard warning in the Sierra.
