Governor signs bill to strengthen Maine's public safety, mental health systems

AUGUSTA — Gov. Janet Mills on April 26 signed legislation she introduced that would enhance public safety and strengthen Maine’s mental health system while respecting Maine’s longstanding outdoor traditions.
