Governor signs bill removing civil statute of limitations for sexual abuse survivors

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Legislation authored by Assemblymember Daw Addis and State Senator Nancy Skinner that removes the civil statute of limitations for minors who experienced sexual abuse was signed into law on Tuesday.
