Governor Ned Lamont – along with Commissioner Seila Mosquera-Bruno of the Connecticut Department of Housing and Commissioner Beth Bye of the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood – today announced the expansion of Connecticut’s first-in-the-nation Head Start on Housing pilot program.
