Gov. Pritzker defends end to cash bail in Illinois despite law enforcement criticisms

Gov. J.B. Pritzker is defending the SAFE-T Act as law enforcement statewide criticizes the new law and says that it will make Illinois less safe when it goes into effect on January 1.
