Right before Texas temperatures plummeted, Gov. Greg Abbott spoke with a climate change skeptic on how to prepare for the freeze.
Austin American-Statesman state and environmental reporter Madlin Mekelburg reports that the governor sought advice from with Joe Bastardi, a meteorologist who has publicly asserted that climate change is naturally occurring and not caused by human activities.
