Gov. Dunleavy announces Alaska child care task force but declines to support immediate funding boost

Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy said he would not support adding $15 million to boost the wages of child care workers despite calls from advocates who say such a move is needed to prevent child care providers from falling “off a cliff.”
