Attorney General Peter Neronha and Rhode Island Department of Health Director Dr. Nicole Alexander Scott announced Tuesday that they are extending their review of the application of Chamber/Ivy (Prospect CharterCARE) under the Hospital Conversions Act.
Also, on Tuesday, GoLocal reported that the consultant tapped by Neronha issued a nearly 900-page report and found that Prospect/CharterCARE made the capital investments that they were required to complete.
