Gold Coast mother cops $5,390 fine after she is caught breaking a seatbelt rule on a traffic camera

Lauren Hyland was snapped while wearing her seatbelt tucked away from her chest as she was driving a business car in Queensland. She copped a fine of $5,390, five times the normal amount.
