When the pandemic hit the world, it disrupted the flow of life and changed our definition of normal. Several studies and surveys showed that the pandemic severely affected psychological and physical behaviour of people who found themselves confined inside their homes, triggering panic, fear, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbance and dissociation among other things.
