With effect from 01 March 2021Godrej Industries has appointed Sandeep Murthy (DIN: 00591165) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 01 March 2021 for a term of 5 (five) years, i.e., upto 28 February 2026, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
