Over on Adam’s YouTube channel, Savage decided to put added pressure on himself and complete the ax all in the space of one day. By doing some research online, Savage got to work by creating two sheets of sintra PVC foam board to use as the axehead and then designing the ax’s handle from some wood. Even the paint that he used on the ax gave it a wonderful realistic finish. The video itself is almost an hour-long but thankfully, it’s cut up into bite-size pieces so viewers can get a real feel of the construction that went into the design process.
