Inclusivity is the name of the game at a new store in Edmonton.
Pe Metawe Games opened its doors on Edmonton Avenue two weeks ago and has already attracted attention for its selection of Indigenous-made board games.
Pe Metawe means “Come and Play” in Cree. Owner
David Plamondon is a member of the Whitefish Lake First Nation and has been playing board games since he was 12 years old.
