Alex Beresford is self-isolating with his son Cruz, 11, after his ex-wife who he co-parents with tested positive for Covid-19.
The Good Morning Britain star, 40, revealed he is taking time off from the morning news programme in a statement on Twitter on Monday morning.
The TV presenter, who shares custody of his son with his ex-wife Natalia, revealed she has tested positive and while he doesn't have any symptoms he is now isolating.
