Canadian miner threatens another claim against Kyrgyzstan

Two years after settling an investment dispute over a Kyrgyz open-pit mine, Canada’s Centerra Gold has threatened to bring a new arbitration against the Central Asian state in response to new legislation, tax demands and criminal and civil proceedings targeting the project.
