Glens Falls getting a visit from Japan

On Thursday night and through the weekend, the city of Glens Falls is doing something it hasn't done since the COVID-19 pandemic - welcoming visitors from its sister city in Japan. The mayor of Saga City will visit the city to celebrate 35 years of partnership.
