Girl saved from drowning by puffer jacket and floating on back after being swept out to sea during Storm Kathleen

A young girl who was pulled from the sea at Dun Laoghaire during Storm Kathleen survived by floating on her back with her arms outstretched just like in the ‘Float To Live’ advice promoted by the RNLI.
