Ginther: Security cameras weren't working in Bicentennial Park at time of mass shooting

Crime scene tape surrounds Bicentennial Park in downtown Columbus on Sunday morning, May 23, 2021, as Columbus police investigate a shooting late Saturday night that killed one and injured several others. In an impassioned plea for the violence to end in Columbus, Mayor Andrew J. Ginther said Monday that the city and the police department can't raise people's children.
