Gilbert Kinsley Starcher, 82, of Given, WV passed away at his home May 6, 2021 following an extended illness.
Service will be 12 noon today at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with Pastor Jerry Bonnett officiating. Burial will follow in Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty with military honors by the Jackson County Honor Guard and Masonic graveside rites by Ripley Lodge #16, AF & AM.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
