Accra, May 20 (Prensa Latina) Since the Cuban medical collaboration in Ghana started off back in 1983, we´ve ever received an unfavorable view about any doctor and I am proud of that, according to Dr. Hafez Adam Taher, director of External Cooperation at Ghana´s Health Ministry.
