German train strikes meet resignation and dismay in Cologne – DW – 01/10/2024

With train drivers on strike this week, even the hectic rail hub Cologne was quiet when DW visited. Travelers voiced exasperation, but also some support for the walkout. Strikers say they had no other choice.
