HENDERSON â A new life has been bestowed upon a dog, now known as Trinity, after she suffered damage.
The German Shepherd in question that was the victim of a gunshot wound has been rescued and adopted.
Trinityâs story is a story of care after violence.
Sabrina Hoyle, a detective with the Henderson Police Department, responded with other officers to a call on Jan. 28 in reference to a dog being shot. An arrest on the case was made, though the owners of the dog couldnât afford the surgery the dog needed âfor the repairs and all,â Police Chief Marcus Barrow said.
