miHoYo has announced that Genshin Impact’s PlayStation 5 version will launch on 28th April, coming alongside update version 1.5 titled Beneath the Light of Jadeite. This is about much more than just bringing the game to Sony’s new generation console!

The PlayStation 5 version of the hit free-to-play game comes with support for a 4K resolution, enhanced textures, and faster loading times.
Beneath the Light of Jadeite brings with it new crafted characters, new challenging boss monsters to battle with, a historical trip alongside the beloved character Zhongli, and a Serenitea Pot system, which gives players the ability to build a home in a personal realm.
