Gators 2022 DB Target Jacoby Mathews Commits to LSU
One of the top safety recruits in the nation for the 2022 recruiting class has officially announced his commitment to LSU.

Jacoby Mathews is committing to LSU. Mathews, 6-foot-2, 193 pounds is currently the No. 2 safety in the nation, and the No. 30 overall player in the class of 2022, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
The Florida Gators have been on Mathew's trail for a few months now, initially extending its offer to the safety prospect on Jan. 14 of this year. He has since received plenty of offers from big-name schools, including Michigan, Penn State, Clemson and USC.
