Garces Trading Company to open at the Cira Centre with restaurant, wine shop

Chef Jose Garces is opening a revamped version of his bistro Garces Trading Company at the Cira Centre in University City in September. The cafe and bakery will feature a marketplace selling seasonal products, as well a wine shop. The restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch.
