When opening up Twitter to find the lineups to put in this here gamethread, I saw a tweet from Alec Lewis—quoting Nick Kappel—about the Kansas City Royals’ relatively historical incompetency against the Chicago White Sox of late. Last year, the Royals went 1-9 against the Pale Hose, and are on the verge of something bad after last game’s loss:
