Gambling appeal dropped in Florida case - South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Two pari-mutuels, including the Magic City Casino in Miami-Dade County, have dropped an appeal of a federal judge’s decision to dismiss a challenge to a gambling agreement that gave the Seminole Tribe control of sports betting throughout Florida.
