Galley Hatch worker struck by alleged DUI driver happy to be alive: 'I feel no anger'

Jaroslav “Jerry” Langer was struck at 9:37 p.m. while walking home on Winnacunnet Road near Towle Avenue. The driver has been charged with DUI.
