Selkirk Sheriff Court
A BORDERS woman who admitted breaking into a neighbour's flat has been given a tag at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Catrina Aprile, 39, of Church Square, Galashiels, has been placed on a night-time curfew between the hours of 9pm and 7am for the next three months.
She previously admitted stealing a computer games console and a laptop during the break-in between April 20 and April 24 in 2018.
Aprile was ordered to pay £200 compensation to the neighbour.
The court heard that Aprile had previously been sentenced to a Community Payback Order for the offence involving unpaid work but had failed to comply.
