Fury over council plans to 'line River Cam with GOLD' as public artwork, called 'waste of money'

Plans to line the bank of the River Cam, in Cambridge, with a gold-coloured metal artwork (pictured) that could cost up to £150,000 has drawn large amounts of criticism from residents.
