Fury as cash-strapped Sussex Police ask volunteers to help catch rapists by trawling CCTV footage

Sussex Police has a £17m gap in its finances and is appealing for people to volunteer to trawl through CCTV footage to assist officers with various crimes and missing persons investigations.
