Furious mother of Cardiff e-bike crash victim blasts South Wales force saying 'police killed my son'

Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and Harvey Evans, 15, were fatally injured after they crashed on a council estate in Ely, Cardiff, on Monday night less than two minutes after a police van was seen tailing them.
