Downtown Napanee was punctuated with blue-and-yellow hats this past Saturday as more than 140 walkers took to the town streets to raise money during the Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser.
The walkers set out at various locations throughout the day in small teams to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and together raised more than $60,000 for Morningstar Mission, a Napanee-based charitable organization that helps fulfil the basic needs of the most marginalized residents of Lennox and Addington County.
